So you were rooting for all those free throw misses just to get the game over with and watch people play bouncy yellow ball upside down?

Do people really watch tennis?. I mean if its not a sexy as fuck Russian woman playing? I once was flipping channels and came across tennis. It was like the lottery, there were two sexy Russian ladies grunting and sweating. I watched 3 minutes, which was more than enough time to orgasm. Then went back to my life.

Amazing tennis! Both #1 seeds (Murray & Kerber) have been ousted. My favorite player, Novak Djokovic is gone.
Serena and Venus are on a collision course for the finals.
Can Roger Federer find magic one more time to win the Aussie?
Will Rafael Nadal's knees hold up for him to claim another major title?
Always good, competitive tennis at the Aussie!

Men play tennis? Some of those names sounded like men's names. Weird.

Roger Federer won last night to make the Semi-Finals against Stan Wawrinka. Should be a great match.

Tremendous finals at the Aussie Open!
On the Men's Side, it's a flashback as Roger Federer will face the winner of Rafael Nadal/Gregor Dimitrov. I'd love to see a Federer/Nadal final. That would be epic tennis!
On the women's side, I was hoping CoCo Vandeweghe would beat Venus Williams, but it was not to be. Venus will face her "little sister" Serena in an all-Williams final.
Y'all don't know what great tennis you've missed!

The Finals are set for this weekend, and they are classic, epic battles!
On the Men's Side, it's an old rivalry renewed when Roger Federer takes on Rafael Nadal. These two have had many epic 5-set matches in their long and storied rivalry. Nadal's 5-set semi-final was one for the ages as well. It will be replayed tonight at some time either on the Tennis Channel or some platform of ESPN. Great tennis!
On the Women's Side, it's an all-Williams Sister final when Venus Williams takes on "Little Sister" Serena Williams. It would be nice to see Venus win one more major before she calls it a career. Venus is now 36 and Serena is 35...how many more years of great tennis do they have in the tank? Enjoy this one, friends, it'll be great!

Do they have kangaroos on the court? That's in the earlier rounds when they play on the outer courts and only during Mixed Doubles...

The results are in!
On the Women's side, Serena defeated Venus 6-3, 6-3 to not only win the Aussie, but to set an Open-era record of 23 Grand Slam wins.
On the Men's side this morning, Roger Federer defeated Rafael Nadal in an epic 5 set thriller 6-4, 3-6, 6-1, 3-6, 6-3. The match lasted almost 5 hours and both players were magnificent. I got up around 5am and watched the majority of the match.
If you missed it, this was must-see tennis!

I'm not dead yet...
Actually I've sorta had a life and have a girlfriend who keeps me busy. But not too busy to enjoy some good tennis!
The Men's Draw looks good so far as Rafael Nadal is playing some of his best tennis. Roger Federer is also looking good as is a healthy Novak Djokovic. However, the "wild card" is the Aussie Nick Kyrgios. Look for the Aussie to surprise some and possibly make it to the finals.
The Women's Draw is wide open. No Serena Williams. No Venus Williams (knocked out in the first round). A bunch of Russian women are left. Simone Halep is the #1 seed and looks strong. Madison Keys is the USA's best hope to advance. Caroline Wozniacki is playing good tennis too. Good tennis!
The real winner in the Aussie Open, however, is the weather. It's HOT, as in 104 degrees hot! Fun to watch and dream about the summer days during this cold snap.

Serena Williams epic collapse against Karolina Pliskova last night was like watching a train wreck. You could see it coming and she could to...but couldn't stop it!
Great tennis and many great stories.
On the Men's side...Novak Djokovic advancing to the Aussie Semi-Finals to meet Lucas Pouille in another David vs Goliath match. In the other semi-final it's Rafael Nadal (who ended 21 year old American Frances Tiafoe's Cinderella run) vs the Greek, Stefanos Tsisipas (who upset Roger Federer). The Men's matches are Friday night.
On the Women's side...Karolina Pliskova now takes on Naomi Osaka in one semi-final and Petra Kvitova faces the American Cinderella story in unseeded Danielle Collins. The Women's matches are tonight.
Love me some Aussie Open tennis!

Sorry I’m late giving y’all the final results of the Aussie Open. I had a bit of illness that resulted in having my gallbladder removed. So...on with the show!
On the Men’s side, Novak Djkovic routed Rafael Nadal I’m straight sets to take the crown.
On the Women’s side, Naomi Osaka won her first Grand Slam Tournament over Petra Kvitova.
Was a great tournament. Much more interesting than WVU Basketball this year.

The Aussie Open has been great tennis so far. We are now down to the Semis and great matchups abound...
Federer goes up against Djokovic in the first Semi Zverev goes against Thiem (who beat Nadal in the quarters)
My call..Djokovic wins the first Grand Slam
Barty goes against American cinderella Sofia Kenin. Does she have enough to beat the #1 seed? Time will tell... Halep goes against Muguruza in the other Semi. Muguruza is playing inspired tennis, so she may be the one to watch out for.
My call...Barty wins it for the home crowd.
Great tennis!

Look for a Djokovic/Thiem final with Djokovic winning in 5 sets. Sofia Kenin upset Ash Barty last night! USA! USA! Now she goes against Muguruza who is playing inspired tennis. Let's go USA! Kenin upsets Muguruza to complete the cinderella story!
