(Spoiler: no. LSU might hire Dana...after being turned down by several dozen other people, if not several hundred other people. But he isn't on a short list... or a long list... or any list... at this point.)

In all fairness, I think LSU would hire Dana over Briles at this point. Regardless, I'm sure both are so far down on the list that they aren't actually on it.

I bet Bobby Petrino was meeting with LSU about the job, but he had them meet him in Morgantown to keep the heat off. He is experienced at this sort of thing.

I don't care if he learned his lesson, the guy can coach. The weirdest thing is the link between academics and athletics and how schools and conferences pretend one makes a difference for the other.
