My brother has an extra XBox 360 that he is going to five me, but the disk drive isn't working....the disks aren't spinning. G/L, do you know anybody in Charleston that works on and repairs those things?

I'm wanting to get it fixed locally to save time and money. If I'm going to have to send it out, I'll just send it back to Microsoft

free to microsoft and approx 10 day turnaround is what I would do.
Unless someone local could fix it super cheap AND warranty it, since a local fix will void your other warranty, and I don't see that happening
