My parents got a license to thin the deer so I went down and shot me some. I spared the babies, wasn't allowed to kill the two big bucks I saw, but took out 2 does. Some redneck was up there today to take home the other 3.

Also, I really had no idea where to shoot them.
I was planning on doing headshots but my dad said thats a bad idea, even though I'm one hell of a shot.

Its definitely dead. I shot that fucker from about 150 yards, it froze, and fell over backwards like it was made of styrafoam and blew over in the wind. 14x scopes are unfair.

The first kill was made from right behind the gravestone of a dude named Omen Whitman. It was downhill and easy. The second was made from my parents' front porch, uphill and much farther. The house is actually there now.

I especially love it that hunting has evolved into poppin' off a few shots from mom's porch.

I was hoping to get some deer meat to bring back home this past weekend, but none of my family had gotten anything yet. I wish you could buy deer meat in grocery stores.

Dec. 23, I had a 7 pt. buck and an 8 pt. buck in my backyard at the same time. 8 Point: 7 Point: The next day, there was a doe in the yard. There also was a cat on the picnic table at the bottom of my yard. The doe noticed the cat and went over and they sniffed noses. I wish I would have had my camera then. I told my grandkids that Santa's reindeer were in the yard just before Christmas. Even I believed it...

Yeah...it would have been awesome if you dropped em both and then told the kids that Rudolf was going to have to pull extra duty this year.
