I have decided to be preposterously positive for this prediction and if it doesn't work out to then hate the team the rest of the year. WVU 39 - VT 25 That includes an early safety, a missed extra point, a VT 2pt conversion to tie it in the 4th quarter and a defensive TD to wrap it up. It also includes Holgorsen squinting more than he should during a night game and the over/under on him using some sort of papers to hit a player in the ass is 3.5.  |

Well, we suck.
I fell asleep at halftime, though. But that opinion is just as based only on the result as it would have been had I watched the entire game....which I won't be doing at all this season now, since we suck.

WVU is giving 24 points in most sports books vs ECU.
I think we will probably win in overtime, but things can go either way at that point.

Not even degenerate gamblers who will bet on the stupidest of things have any interest in the Delaware State game, so there is no betting line anywhere.
I think we can all comfortably predict a giant lead at halftime and then a win of some sort at the end. Or maybe trailing at halftime but a giant win at the end. Whatever. I look forward to pretending to have read about what happened on Monday.

I think that i was mostly rooting for us to lose today. We aren't going to win the conference, so all we can do is try to be do bad that we help keep whoever does win it out of the playoff.

I was in Wildwood NJ this weekend chaperoning our scout troop at a camporee at Morey's Pier so we put tents on the seashore and rode rides all weekend long. I didn't think once about this game until the Scoutmaster sent a 4th quarter score text to all the chaperones around the park. As much as I could have felt bad for whatever team we paid to beat, I felt much worse for this guy. He's presumably dead and memorialized on a boardwalk bench across from an indoor glow-in-the-dark putt-putt, and visitors for the next few decades are going to know just how stupid his colleagues were. And the engraver to whom they presumably paid some amount of money.  |

My buddy always texts me score predictions before each game and after he sent 63-0 i replied that there's no chance we shut anyone out. He mentioned that Delaware State hadn't scored a TD all year and maybe 10 mins later i just get "Haha" as their guy runs free.
